Your dog's vet

Physiotherapy needs a veterinary referral before I can book you in. Tell me your vet's details and what is going on with your dog, and I will check the referral with the practice before your appointment. Physio is done in your dog's own home, I will ask where on the next-but-one screen.

The important bits

• 50% deposit now, the rest on the day.
• I confirm every booking myself, usually the same day. Your time is held for you meanwhile, and if I cannot take your dog the deposit comes straight back.
• Need to change it? With more than 48 hours' notice your deposit moves with you or is refunded. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not come, it is not.
• Matted coats are clipped out, never brushed, welfare over vanity. I will ask first. Extra time is £10 per 15 minutes.
• If your dog cannot cope, I stop, and I tell you.
